THE BROWN FAMILY | A LIFESTYLE SESSION IN SAN CLEMENTE, CALIFORNIA

Shooting with Jade, Cameron, and their boys was such a joy. Capturing a glimpse into their life felt simple and honest. We began shooting in their backyard, incorporating some of the boys' favorite things, of course. I think beginning sessions with something playful and familiar helps those photographed step into their inner child, setting the tone for the rest of our time together. Afterwards, we took a few in their living room, because it was too beautiful to pass up!

Jade and I have been talking about shooting together for years, believe it or not! Between Jade and Cameron's frequent Florida trips and my frequent California trips, we finally made a shoot happen, and I am so glad that now our paths have crossed.
