TAYLOR + MATT | A SURFING ENGAGEMENT SESSION ON THE FLORIDA COAST PRECEDING THEIR ELOPEMENT ON CATALINA ISLAND

As I sit to write this, these photos have been delivered, and Taylor and Matt are now married! I am finally getting around to typing this and sharing this gallery, and it is sweet looking back. Taylor and Matt's vision for their engagement photos was absolutely insane. It felt straight out of either a movie or a 60s surfer magazine. Whatever it felt like, they pulled it off effortlessly. This session was simply a time to document something they love and share, with the veil added to signify the start of something new. 

What meant the most from this entire morning, is that after we took photos for an hour or so, the three of us thought, why not surf for the rest of the morning together? That time was so precious and truly meant the world to me. Since I am writing this on the other end of their wedding weekend, I can look back on these photos and on this day and see that these moments were a catalyst for all of the memories to come. 

I cannot wait to come back to this little digital journal and share the beauty of their Southern California wedding weekend.
