We drove the Going to the Sun Road and it was insane. I rode in the back of my cousin Stacey's pickup with all three of my cameras, trying to soak it all in while not missing a shot. What was ringing true throughout my mind during this time was what a backdrop these mountains were to create in, and it was formed by the abundant creator Himself. formed by the abundant creator himself. He is streams in the desert, an oasis in the midst of dry ground. He is bearing fruit in the midst of a weary and barren land. He invites us to recline at the table with Him and His people, to feast and commune. He is restorative for the weary. He breaths life and vibrance into the dead, He brings to life dry bones. His gospel is a song. His never ceases to provide this sustenance, in both seasons of much and seasons of few. Blessed be the name of the Lord. For you, Lord, have delivered me from death, my eyes from tears, my feet from stumbling, that I may walk before the Lord in the land of the living. Psalms 116:8-9
